Sneaky Creamy Mac n' Cheese

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cheddar/tasty cheese, grated
  • 1 medium sized zucchini
  • 1.5 litres water

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1)  cut into large chunks, place them in the Varoma dish skin side up, make sure there is a lot of room for the vents to allow the steam to move around the veg

     

    2)  add 1.5 liters of water to TM bowl and place the varoma dish into place for cooking cook 9minutes/Varoma/Speed 2

     

    3)  add the pasta and cook another 10minutes/Varoma/speed 2/Reverse Blade

     

    4) when there is 5 minutes to go, carefully turn the zucchini skin down cook the remaining 5 minutes

     

    5) remove the varoma dish and set aside using the TM basket drain out your pasta and set aside.

     

    6)  add the cooked zucchini back to the bowl blend 5seconds/speed 8. scrape down sides and add milk and blend 5 seconds/speed 8

     

    7)  add the cheese powder and grated cheese, scrape down sides and puree 30seconds/Speed 10, it should be very creamy and smooth
