- 1200 g water
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 500 g skinless chicken breast fillet
- 350 g pasta, dried
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 30 g almonds
- 2 garlic cloves
- 80 g sun-dried tomatoes
- 80 g olive oil
- 10 g fresh basil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 60 g spinach
Recipe is created for
- Place water and salt into mixing bowl and secure lid without measuring cup.
- Place chicken breast into varoma dish and secure on top for 10 minutes, varoma temp, speed 1.
- Remove varoma dish and add pasta into bowl then place the varoma dish back into place for another 10minutes on varoma temp, speed 1.
- Remove chicken and set aside and cut into pieces. Drain pasta through simmering basket and allow to cool.
- Place parmesan into mixing bowl and grate 10 seconds speed 9.
- Add remaining pesto ingredients and chop for 20 seconds on speed 10. Continue until desired consistency.
- Add cooled pasta to mixing bowl without measuring cup. 50seconds on reverse stir speed with aid of spatula
- Add chicken to mixing bowl without measuring cup. 50seconds on reverse stir speed with aid of spatula.
- Transfer to serving bowl with spinach and toss through to serve.
