If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
Place baking paper on large oven tray
Add cream to bowl
Next add sprite to bowl
Add salt
Add self~raising flour to bowl
10 sec sp 5
Scrape down sides
10 sec sp 5 reverse
Cover middel 20/20cm of bread mat with extra flour. Pour sticky dough onto mat and cover top of dough with more flour.
Press dough lightly to form a 20/20cm square, roughly 2cm thick. Cut scones with cookie cutter and place rounds on pre prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 min or until light golden. Serve with butter, jam, cheese.
