1000 g

tin of 4 bean mix (400 gram)

400 grams 4 bean mix, tinned beans
300 grams Chick pea, tinned chick peas
3 pieces salt, grinded salt to taste
5 pinches pepper, grinded pepper tot aste
2 garlic cloves, peeled
2 juiced lemons and pulp, lemon cut in half juiced added with lemon pulp
2 tablespoon Cummin, powdered cummin
1 teaspoon olive oil, olive oil for serving only!
2 tablespoons water

  If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
  For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
  
  Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

The healthy beans and Pea dip

HEalthy bean dip at its besta little different from your typical Hommous. By adding beans you get a slightly different texture and a good protein hit!all ingredients on the benchthrow your garlic into the thermomixblend speed 7 for 5 seconds

scrape down the sides and repeat

Open canned beans and peas and pour into a seive and rinseadd all ingredients into thermomix and blend speed 6 for 30 seconds

An air bubble will form under your dip so you will have to stop and scrape down sides and repeat steps untill you are happy witht he consistency

serve with a little olive oil and enjoy.

Tip

TIP: once i was happy with everything chopped and mixed together i set the thermo on speed 4 for 2 mins to get a really nice smooth textured dip.
