Almond and Lemion Myrtle Dukkah

  • 80 g sesame seeds
  • 20 g pumpkin seeds
  • 100 g almonds
  • 25 g coriander seeds
  • 20 g cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Myrtle powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt, Pink or sea salt add more to your liking
  • 1/2 tsp black peppercorns

Recipe's preparation

    Dukkah
  1. Place sesame seeds, pumpkin, coriander seeds and cumin seeds into Closed lid with lid off dry roast for 7 min 120 deg Spd 1.Put aside to cool down.

    Once cooled (check lights on tmx) add all remaining ingredients and with mc onTurbo / 0.5 - 1-3 times to get desired consistency.

Empty into sterilised jar and keep well sealed.
