Vinaigrette

  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 10 grams wholegrain mustard, (2 tsp)
  • 2 tsp dried tarragon
  • 25 grams honey
  • 110 grams apple cider vinegar (ACV), (1/2 cup)
  • 100 grams macadamia oil, cold pressed, (1/2 cup)

Recipe's preparation

    Vinaigrette
  1. Place garlic cloves in bowl and mince 3sec speed 7 MC on. Scrape down bowl

  2. Weigh in all remaining ingredients

  3. Insert butterfly, and blend 20sec Speed 4 (using the butterfly at this step will prevent the honey from sitting on the bottom of the bowl where it will otherwise fail to be incorporated into the dressing)

Tip

This is a basic vinaigrette dressing recipe and can be personalised to your taste or your pantry ingredients. Substitute the: wholegrain mustard for either Hot English, Dijon or mild;ACV for vinegar of choice;Macadamia oil for other oil of choice
