  • 20g white wine vinegar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 40g thickened cream
  • 10g lemon juice
  • 10g dried tarragon

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add the spring onions to the TM bowl and chop 10 sec/sp7

    Scrape down the bowl

    Add butter 2 min/50°c/sp2

    Add all remaining ingredients 5min/100°c/sp2

    This serves 2 people

    Double the recipe for more servings.
