    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. Weigh into mixing Bowl -  100grams Blueberries, 400grams Strawberries, 60grams of Chia Seeds, Quartered Apple and 40grams of Rice Malt Syrup (optional).

     

    Blend for 10sec/Speed 6.

     

    Cook for 20min/100 deg/ speed 1. Place Simmering Basket instead of Measuring Cup onto Mixing Bowl Lid.

     

    Place into Warm Jars and place upside down until Cool.

    Thanks for this recipe. I wanted to make a jam without added sugar and this one worked well. I'm glad I added the RMS as I don't think my kids would eat it if it was any less sweeter. I used a combination of strawberries and pear.
