- 1 green apple, Cored and Quartered
- 40 grams Rice malt syrup, (optional)

Weigh into mixing Bowl - 100grams Blueberries, 400grams Strawberries, 60grams of Chia Seeds, Quartered Apple and 40grams of Rice Malt Syrup (optional).
Blend for 10sec/Speed 6.
Cook for 20min/100 deg/ speed 1. Place Simmering Basket instead of Measuring Cup onto Mixing Bowl Lid.
Place into Warm Jars and place upside down until Cool.
The Chia Seeds in this Jam helps it to have a thick consistency.
