      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Blend black pepper wholes at Speed 10 for 1 minute.

    2. Add all of Ingredients B (except water) into the TM bowl and blend at speed 6 for 10 seconds. 

    3. After blending, add in the water and cook at 100 degrees celsius for 20 minutes at speed 1. 

    4. Finally, blend everything together at speed 10 for 20 seconds for a smooth texture.
