- 2 Avocados
- 2 spring onions
- 4 boiled eggs, shelled
- 50 g TM mayonnaiuse
- 200 g sour cream
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 jar red lumpfish roe
- 1 jar black lumpfish roe
Chop avocado flesh on speed 4 for 2 seconds.
Spread over base of pie dish.
Without cleaning the bowl chop spring onion on speed 5 for 2seconds.
Add boiled eggs and mayonnaise and chop on speed 4 for 2 seconds.
Spread over avocado.
Combine sour cream and mustard on speed 4 for 2 seconds.
Spread over egg.
Chill for at least one hour.
Arrange lumpfish roe on top just before serving with crackers.
