      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Cheese Spread
  1. Break cheese in small pieces place in bowl  with milk.

     

    8 minutes  - speed 3 on 100 degrees (until cheese has melted) Scrape sides down half way through 

     

    Give a good mix - speed 6 for a couple of seconds, until smooth and creamy!  

     

    If u want it thinker or thinner just reduce / up the milk quantity!

     

    Stir in two teaspoons of dried chives OR bacon bits (whatever blows ur hair back)

     

    Refrigerate in airtight container 

    Enjoy
