Cheesey Mexican Salsa Dip

  • 250 g Philadelphia cream cheese, Softened and chopped
  • 125 g sour cream
  • 200 jar Salsa, Divided into 150g and 50g
  • 200g cheese, Grated
  • fresh coriander, Chopped ( optional)
  • sour cream, To serve
  • Corn chips, For serving

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    How to:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
    Grease a 18-20cm pie dish

    1. Place cream cheese in bowl 30secs/sp3.5

    2. Add sour cream 30secs/sp3.5

    3. Add 150g salsa and 150g cheese 20secs/sp3.5

    4. Place in a greased pie dish, sprinkle with remaining 50g cheese and dollop with extra salsa to taste.

    5. Sprinkle with chopped corriander

    6. Bake for 20-30 mins

    7. Serve with corn chips for dipping
