Cheesy Cob Loaf Filling
- 180 g cheese, 2cm cubes
- 4 spring onions, Chopped into thirds
- 100 g pancetta, Strips sliced thinly
- 250 g cream cheese, 3cm cubes
- 300 g sour cream

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add cheese and spring onions to the bowl. Grate 5 secs/ speed 7.
Add pancetta, cream cheese, sour cream & corn to bowl. Mix 15 secs / Speed 4
Scrape down bowl then cook 6 mins/90 deg/ speed 4 MC on.
Serve in a hollowed out cob loaf or in a Thermosever.
Note: mixture will thicken on standing.
