Cheesy Cob Loaf Filling

Cheesy Cob Loaf Filling

  • 180 g cheese, 2cm cubes
  • 4 spring onions, Chopped into thirds
  • 100 g pancetta, Strips sliced thinly
  • 250 g cream cheese, 3cm cubes
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 1 cans creamed corn, canned

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add cheese and spring onions to the bowl. Grate 5 secs/ speed 7.

    Add pancetta, cream cheese, sour cream & corn to bowl. Mix 15 secs / Speed 4

    Scrape down bowl then cook 6 mins/90 deg/ speed 4 MC on.

    Serve in a hollowed out cob loaf or in a Thermosever.

    Note: mixture will thicken on standing.
