  • 250 g cream cheese, NOT 95the spreadable version
  • 95 g Boneless Salmon, Small Can - Mild Red Chilli flavour (optional)
  • 20-30 g Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 30 g Thai red curry paste, Or any type curry paste, all half for a mild flavour

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    From Start to Finish
  1. Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl.
    Select 20 seconds and Speed 4.
    If necessary, scrape down sides of bowl mix for a further 5 seconds on Speed 4.
