Chutney

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10 g ginger, sliced
  • 80 g onion, halved
  • 20 g water
  • 250 g Coconut sugar or rapadura sugar
  • 700g g peeled Chocko, cubed
  • 120 g white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 100 g dried cranberries

Recipe's preparation

    Chutney
  1. Place Garlic & Ginger into TM bowl, chop 2 sec/speed 8, scrape down sides with spatula.

    Add Onion and chop 3 sec/speed 5, transfer to a bowl to set aside

    Place water and sugar into TM bowl and cook 5 mins/100oC/speed 1.

    Add all ingredients into TM bowl and cook 45 mins/100oC/speed 1.  Place simmering basket onto lid instead of MC.

    Replace basket with measuring cup, mix  10 sec/speed 4.  Pour into hot rinsed jam jars with twist off lids and close immediately.  Turn upside down for 10 mins to seal.
