      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Glaze
  1. Add all ingredients and mix 30 seconds speed 1

    cook 5 minutes/70 degrees/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 1

    prepared leg ham by removing skin, score, add cloves in each diamond, pour glaze over the ham add some water in the dish to or event glaze burning in the dish and bake uncovered 160 degree over for approx 1 hour.

     

    baste ham whilst cooking.

Tip

The more you baste the more flavour your ham will have.

Leftover ham store in a ham bag in the fridge (follow ham bag instructions)
