      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Syrup
  1. Pour water into TMX bowl, bring to boil 4mins/110degrees/sp1 with MC on. 

  2. Add coconut sugar cook with MC off 5-5.30secs/120degrees/sp1 or until temperature in bowl reaches 110degrees. 

  3. Allow to cool. Refridgerate in airtight jar.

Tip

This syrup will last in an airtight container for 6months in the fridge.
