- 1300 g tomatoes, halved
- 300 g onions, peeled, quartered
- 150 g apples, peeled, quartered
- 230 g sugar
- 50 g Ezy Sauce
- 1 heaped teaspoon curry powder
- 1 heaped teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 2 tablespoons plain flour, rounded
- 80 g cold water

Place tomatoes, onions and apples into . Blend 2 sec, speed 5. Can repeat for a less chunky chutney.
Scrape down sides of with spatula.
Add all other ingredients except flour and water.
Cook 70min, temp 105°C, speed 1 with simmering basket on top.
Make a slurry with the flour and water. With machine on 15min, temp 105°C, speed 1, slowly add the slurry and allow to finish cooking.
Pour into sterilised jars. Place lids on and turn upside down to cool.
Store in a cool dark place.
If you can't find allspice, just use mixed spice.
This is a lovely thick consistency chutney. Perfect for sandwiches and cheese platters.
