      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Fruit Jam
  1. Place Fruit, Sugar and chosen Balsamic into bowl. Blend 10secs, Speed 6.

    Scrape down sides of bowl, cook 30 mins, Varoma, speed 1.

    For a thicker jam - cook for a further 5 mins at varoma speed on speed 2.

  2. Pour the jam into a clean jar and leave to cool.

Tip

If unable to use YIAH Balsamic replace this with Lemon Juice.
