- 250 grams grapeseed oil or light olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, or less for milder strength
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp vinegar, white
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place garlic cloves into mixing bowl and set speed to 7 for 3 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl, and repeat.
Place a jug on top of mixing bowl lid and weigh in 250gms grapeseed oil. Set aside.
Place egg, vinegar, dijon mustard and salt into mixing bowl. Mix 1 minute 30 sec on speed 4, while very slowly pouring reserved oil in through the mc hole, letting it drizzle into mixing bowl to emulsify.
Transfer aioli into a bowl and serve immediately or transfer into an airtight jar and store in the fridge.
