Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Place a jug on to mixing bowl and weigh oil into jug. Set aside.
- Place eggs, vinegar, mustard, pepper, salt and garlic powder into mixing bowl. Mix for 1 minute 30 seconds/ Speed 4. Very slowly pour oil onto mixing bowl lid letting it trickle into mixing bowl to emulsify.
- Transfer into a sealable jar and place into fridge until ready to use.
