Honey Mustard Dressing

  • 80 grams honey
  • 50 grams apple cider vinegar
  • 60 grams olive oil
  • 20 grams lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Honey Mustard Dressing
  1. Add 65g dijon mustard to mixing bowl.
  2. Add 80g honey to mixing bowl.
  3. Add 50g apple cider vinegar to mixing bowl.
  4. Add 60g olive oil to mixing bowl.
  5. Add 20g lemon juice to mixing bowl.
  6. Add 1/2 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper to mixing bowl.
  7. Blend 30 seconds. Pour into a mason jar and store in fridge.
