Jalapeño herb & garlic dip

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 block philadelphia cream cheese or tub of tofutti (dairy free)
  • 8 sprigs parsley leaves only
  • 2 spring onions, white part only
  • 3 tablespoons picked jalepenos, available in mexican section or olive section of supermarkets
  • 3 tablespoons picked jalepeno juice

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place peeled garlic into bowl with parsley leaves, jalepenos and spring onions and chop 3 seconds / speed 7. Scrape down the side of the bowl and repeat, scrape down the sides of the bowl.

    Add quartered block of philadelphia cream cheese and jalepenojuice to bowl (or tub of tofutti) and mix 20 seconds speed 4, scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat.
