      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1.Add berries and sugar into the Closed lid, 6min/70°C/speed 3.
    2. Mix for 20sec/speed 10, increase the speed slowly because the fruit mixture in the mixing bowl is still hot.
    3. Add the chia seeds and psyllium husks and mix for 20sec/Counter-clockwise operation speed 4
    4. Pour jam contents into a jar, let cool down before refrigerating

This jam is my kids favourite. I make a jar once a week at it is so popular.
You can replace the fresh berries with frozen berries depends what you have at home.
Taste great to pancakes, yogurt or müslie as well.
