      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl
    Mix for 20 seconds, speed 4
  2. Heat for 1 minute, 80 degrees, speed 2
  3. Pour half of the marinade over the ribs and let them sit in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours (ideally overnight)
  4. Place ribs in air fryer preset to 200 degrees. Turn every 10 minutes and rebaste with remaining marinade (total 40 minutes) or until ribs are cooked through and marinade is caramelised.
  5. Pour any remaining marinade over ribs and serve.
