OMG! This is perfect! I used Meyer lemons so strained the juice before using. I also doubled the recipe and it worked really well. This is exciting for our family as we need dairy free recipes. Thanks for sharing.

Rural aussie: Hi sorry late reply - haven't been on for ages - it would be best to put in fridge after opening but if you put it in the jar hot and do the boil jar it would keep for quite a while - only after you open it, it would have to go in the fridge and be used within a month.

    Sounds like a great product.
Can someone tell me how well/ long it keeps. Does it have to be refrigerated before opening, or can it be stored in the pantry till it's opened?

This is a fabulous recipe for people who need to be dairy free! Thank you for making it available. It has become a staple for my fridge and I am asked by many to make it for them too. So easy to make and great flavour.
