If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place ripe fruit, lemon juice and sugar into mixing bowl and blend 10 seconds/speed 6. Cook 28 min/Varoma speed 1.
place simmering basket instead of measuring cup onto mixing bowl lid.
Test setting point of jam, pour into hot rinsed air tight jar and seal immediately.
Turn jars upside down for 10 mins before turning right side up and allowing to cool. Serve and store in a cool dry place
