Ingredients
Mint and apple sauce
- 4 granny smith apples, approx 600g, cored and diced
- 60 g water
- 15 sprigs fresh mint, leaves only
- 60 g Boiling water
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce

- Add apples and water to bowl and cook for 15 mins 100 deg speed 1 or until apples are tender.
In the meantime place mint leaves and boiling water in a separate jug to steep. - Roughly mash for 5 seconds
"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3. - Add the mint mixture, sugar, vinegar and cranberry sauce to bowl and cook for 4 minutes 90 deg
"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1 or until sauce dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly. - Serve warm or cold with roast pork or lamb.
- Store in a sterilised jar for up to 1 week.
