- 1 can Chickpeas (400g), drained (or 200g cooked chickpeas)
- 100 g Stuffed Green Olives, drained
- 1/2 Lemon (juice only)
- 15 g olive oil
- 30 g water, (or chickpea cooking liquid)
Add chickpeas, olives, juice squeezed from the 1/2 lemon, olive oil and water into Thermomix and blend on Sp5 for 15 sec. Scrape sides and blend again at Sp5 if you prefer a smoother texture.
Accessories you need
You could try with other varieties of pitted olives, depending on what you have on hand.
