Dip

  • 1 can Chickpeas (400g), drained (or 200g cooked chickpeas)
  • 100 g Stuffed Green Olives, drained
  • 1/2 Lemon (juice only)
  • 15 g olive oil
  • 30 g water, (or chickpea cooking liquid)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add chickpeas, olives, juice squeezed from the 1/2 lemon, olive oil and water into Thermomix and blend on Sp5 for 15 sec. Scrape sides and blend again at Sp5 if you prefer a smoother texture.
