If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Soak cashews before hand hand in 500 grams of water with a pinch of sea salt for 4 hours.
Rinse and drain soaked cashews in the simmering basket.
Then add cashews, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the TM bowl and chop on speed 10 / 3 secs.
Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat speed 10 / 3 secs.
Add 60 grams of water and blend on speed 7 / 5 secs.
Stores in the fridge for 7 days.
