Recipe's preparation
Place all ingredients into TM bowl, cook for 3 minutes at 90 degrees on speed 2
Place into a steralised jar (approx. 300ml), cool and keep refrigerated until needed. This will keep for several months.

Had a stack of passionfruit
Had a stack of passionfruit that were going off and didn't have an egg or lemon to make passionfruit butter so this was great! Kids are literally licking the leftovers off the bench!!!

Very yummy!! I only needed one large passionfruit for this (115g of pulp from one!) and reduced the sugar a little. Great on pancakes! Thanks for the recipe.
