If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Even if it's roasted, please reroast to bring up the flavour so roast peanuts for 7 minutes 100c at speed 1.
- Mill peanuts after roasted for 40 seconds at speed 9.
- Add cane sugar ( or coconut sugar is ok) then 5 seconds, speed 5.
Keep mixing till until your desired texture acquired.
You will get beautiful oily texture if you mix longer.
Taste to your liking, add more sugar or add none? No oil, roasted peanuts flavour intensified by roasting right before milling, delicious!
