  • 60 g flaxseed or olive oil
  • 100 g pistachio nuts
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 80 g cherry tomatos
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • 2 medjool dates pitted
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 3 sprigs parsley (leaves only)
  • 1 dash purified water (if required)
