Plum and Raspberry Jam

  • 500 grams plums, Pips removed
  • 500 grams sugar
  • 80 grams raspberry jam

Recipe's preparation

    Plum and Raspberry Jam
  1. Remove pips from plums and weigh into the TM bowl. Chop for 10 secs speed 5.
  2. Weigh in the sugar and cook for 25 mins at 100 degrees speed 3.
  3. Add 80g raspberry jam, cook for a further 1 minute at 100 degrees speed 3.
  4. Place measuring cup in top and mix on speed 8 for 30 seconds or until the desired consistency is reached.
  5. Pour into sterilised jars.
