Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Roughly chop quince in 1-2CM dice & place into bowl. Chop speed 5 for 5 seconds.  Add water & sugar Cook 30 mins, 100, reverse speed stir MC on. Scrape down sides cook for an additional 60 mins, 100, reverse speed stir MC off Place in hot sterile jars & seal straight away.

Tip

This makes a beautiful really versatile jam, that's great on scones or cheese.  It's not too sweet so it works well with so many different things.
