  • 500g fresh beetroot peeled, & roughly chopped
  • 60g sesame seeds
  • 50g EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
  • 60g lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint leaves

Recipe's preparation

    RAW BEETROOT "HUMMUS"
  1. Place the sesame seeds & oil into the TM bowl & chop for 1 min on speed 10, Stopping halfway to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the remaining ingredients & chop for 20 secs speed 10 or until desired consistency is reached. Drizzle with extra olive oil to serve.
