- 6 garlic cloves, (up to one whole bulb)
- 3 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Roast carrots and garlic for approximately 40 minutes, generously covered in olive oil, salt and ground cumin, until well cooked with caramelisation.
2. Squeeze roasted garlic from the cloves into the Thermomix bowl (it should be soft and gooey so you can squeeze the garlic out of the peel).
3. Add carrots, 40g tahini, 40g olive oil, 1 tsp salt, caramelised onions (if using) and the juice of 1 lemon, blend on speed 6 for 20 seconds.
Keeps well in the fridge for up to one week, or can be frozen to use later.
