      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  1. Snip the tops off the garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil & wrap in foil.  Roast for 1 hour on 180cLeave it sit for a while on the bench to cool & squeeze the flesh into the bowl.  Add the remaining ingredients & blend on speed 5-6 until smooth

    Deliciously creamy and not too garlicky. Made heaps and added a bit more seasoning with a dash of Apple cider vinegar to sharpen it up. Thanks MJ.
