  • 250 g Tinned sardines, (including the tomato sauce)
  • 15 g Butter
  • 25 g lemon juice, (about half a lemon)
  • 10 g tomato puree
  • 10 g plain flour, (optional)

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Sardine Paté
  1. Melt butter at 100c for 2 minutes, then add all remaining ingredients in TM bowl.
  2. Mix for 10 seconds on speed 4.
  3. Scrape down sides of TM bowl with spatula.
  4. Mix for a further 10 seconds on speed 4.
  5. Place paté into a ramekin dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with home-made crusty bread.
