- 25 g Sunflower Kernels
- 25 g Coconut Flakes (organic)
- 50 g Linseeds
- 25 g chia seeds
- 25 g Sesame Seeds, White
- 25 g Black Sesame Seeds
Recipe is created for
Place pepitas, Sunflower seeds and coconut flakes in mixing bowl. chop straight to speed 6/1-2 seconds. (Repeat process of you want it more refined, however it is supposed to be just broken up, not refined.)
Add all other remaining ingredients to mixing bowl Dry roast all ingredients Varoma temp/5min/Speed 0.5/Reverse.
