Recipe's preparation

    Skordalia
  1. 1. Add 500g water into the bowl then put in the basket add potatoes in the basket and steam potatoes for 20 minutes, Varoma Speed 4.

    2. Take the potatoes out clean bowl. Then add garlic 3 sec speed 4.

    3. Add potatoes, water, juice 10 secs speed 9

    4.Add oli gradually in a thin steady stream 50 sec speed 3

    Goes well with kebabs, battered fish, lamb and lots more

    Sorry to say but this recipe was terrible and ended up tasting like raw garlic stringy glue. We followed the instructions exactly. Texture was horrible, taste was much worse. There was no specification what kind of potato to use so I think that was part of the problem. Additionally there was WAY too much oil, vinegar, lemon juice and garlic to the amount of potato - probably needed 3-4 times as much potato to balance out all the liquid and acidity. My son and I made this for a school project and threw the whole lot in the bin because nobody could eat it.  tmrc_emoticons.~ Very disappointed.
