Spinach Hommus
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Handful of spinach
- 400 grams Canned Chickpeas
- 1 heaped tablespoon tahini
- 5 grams lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- 20 grams olive oil, plus extra for drizzle

Recipe's preparation
Place garlic and spinach into TM bowl chop 3 sec/speed 7
Add all remaining ingredients and mix 15sec/speed 5 or until desired consistancy.

Tip

This was super yummy, thanks for sharing! I used half of the oil and it turned out fine. Also needed to scrape bowl and mix again to get desired consistency.

I really liked this ... super quick and easy. I needed to scrape the side of the bowl at 30 secs and get it whizzing for another 30. Don't skimp on the salt, it needs it.
