Spinach Hommus

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 Handful of spinach
  • 400 grams Canned Chickpeas
  • 1 heaped tablespoon tahini
  • 5 grams lemon juice
  • pinch of salt
  • 20 grams olive oil, plus extra for drizzle

Recipe's preparation

    Spinach Hommus
  1. Place garlic and spinach into TM bowl chop 3 sec/speed 7

  2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix 15sec/speed 5 or until desired consistancy.

Tip

Drizzle olive oil on top before serving with some pepper.

    This was super yummy, thanks for sharing! I used half of the oil and it turned out fine. Also needed to scrape bowl and mix again to get desired consistency.

    I really liked this ... super quick and easy.  I needed to scrape the side of the bowl at 30 secs and get it whizzing for another 30. Don't skimp on the salt, it needs it.
