THERMOMIX ® RECIPE
- 500 grams Fresh strawberries, hulled
- 250 grams raw sugar
- 2 tablespoons Raspberry Vinocotto
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Bean Paste (or seeds only from 3 Vanilla Beans)
- 1 sachet Jam setter
Recipe is created for
Hull strawberries and wipe with a damp cloth.
Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and cook for 15 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1. Test jam consistency by dripping a drop of jam on to a cold ceramic plate. If desired consistency is not acheived - cook for a further 3 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1.
Remove scum from the top of the jam by scraping with spatula. Discard. Pour jam into pre-sterilsed jars and seal.

This jam is delicious on freshly made bread or scones, swirled through yoghurt, or on top of ice cream for a treat! Enjoy
