  • 20 g macadamia nuts
  • 40 g fresh basil
  • 40 g rocket
  • 40 g sundried tomatoes
  • 40 g parmasan cheese

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into Thermomix mixing bowl and chop Turbo / 1 sec / 5-7 times, or until desired consistency is achieved.

Tip

Variation: If you prefer a smooth, rather than chunky, dip - grate parmesan 10 sec / speed 9 before adding remaining ingredients

  • Easy to make pesto recipe

    Easy to make pesto recipe which is quite tasty although I've used other Thermomix pesto recipes which I prefer.  It's good to have a few variations as I use them for both dips and for a very simple pasta by adding extra olive oil.  Thank you for the recipe.
