Ingredients
450 g
Dip
- 20 medjool dates (pitted)
- 250 g cream cheese, (roughly chopped if hard)
- 100 g water
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Recipe's preparation
Chop dates and water Speed 7, 10 secs
Scrape down sides of the bowl and add cinnamon and cream cheese
Mix Speed 5, 10 secs until blended
Serve with sliced fruit to jazz up a fruit platter.

Tip
Try it with crisp green apples - tastes just like apple pie!
Use up leftover dip in smoothies.
Try dipping fruit in dip then in chopped salted nuts for a sweet and salty variant.
Also delicious with celery!
