250 g

Sweet Mustard Sauce

  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 15 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour, <5g
  • 125 grams apple cider vinegar
  • 125 grams cooking liquid from boiled meat

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Combine all ingredients except the cooking liquid. 20 sec, speed 4.
    Add cooking liquid, heat 5min, 100°C, speed 3.
    Serve with boiled salted meats such as corned beef.
