- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 15 grams sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornflour, <5g
- 125 grams apple cider vinegar
- 125 grams cooking liquid from boiled meat
- Combine all ingredients except the cooking liquid. 20 sec, speed 4.
Add cooking liquid, heat 5min, 100°C, speed 3.
Serve with boiled salted meats such as corned beef.
