- 300 grams roasted salted peanuts
- 30-50 grams peanut oil, You may require more oil depending on how runny you want your peanut butter to be
Recipe is created for
TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Add all ingredients to mixing bowl blend 30 seconds speed 4 on Reverse (that's the trick to getting crunchy peanut butter).
Scrape down sides and repeat til desired consistency is achieved. I like mine really crunchy so I might only add another 20secs.
Store in an airtight jar and enjoy!
Accessories you need
Add more oil if required. If you're watching your salt intake buy just roasted unsalted nuts and add your own salt at the end.
