Ingredients

  • 185 g Tin of tuna on brine
  • 200 g ricotta
  • 100 g Sundried Tomatoes
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato chutney
  • 1/2 level tablespoon macadamia oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground dried chilli
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • salt to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Step 1
  1. Place all ingredients into the bowl.

    Blitz for 15 sec / Speed 8. Scrape down bowl and repeat until desired consistency.
