  • handful of fresh parsley
  • few sage leaves
  • 150 grams Butter, cubed
  • 2 large onions, peeled and halved
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 grams fresh breadcrumbs, home made left over spelt bread or GF bread
  • sea salt and cracked black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • half lemon juiced

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C

  2. Place fresh herbs, garlic and onion into mixing bowl and chop for 5 secs/speed 7.

     

  3. Place all remaining ingredients and mince together for 8-10 secs/speed 8.
