  • 60 grams slivered almonds, or skinless almond meal
  • 1 Garlic clove peeled, use only half the clove if it is large
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • water, up to 1/4 cup as needed

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grind the slivered almonds 4-5 secs/SP8, or if using almond meal just pop it in the bowl.

  2. Add all other ingredients EXCEPT for the water and blend to a paste on 10 secs/SP7scrape down the bowl and repeat if necessary.

  3. Set Thermomix to 30 secs/SP3, and trickle in the water through the MC hole until it reaches your preferred consistency.
